Nipuni Balasooriya

Nipuni Balasooriya is a finance professional specializing in valuation and business advisory services.

Nipuni’s experience spans various sectors, with a notable focus on the tourism industry. Her expertise includes conducting market analysis, assessing asset values, and identifying key investment and growth opportunities for wealth management.

She has contributed as a property valuation assistant to several large-scale property valuations in Maldives, including the valuation of Malé International Airport and the property portfolio analysis of Housing Development Finance Corporation.

She is a business valuation expert. Further, Nipuni is an active member of Fixed Asset Advisory team and engaging for various business advisory assignments.

Prior to joining FCLLP, she worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Nipuni holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. She is currently pursuing membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA) of Sri Lanka.
