Ayomi Morawakage

Ayomi is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resource Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, specializing in Organizational Psychology, from UCAM University, Spain.

Additionally, she has earned her Professional Qualifications in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka.

With five years of experience in banking, human resource management and operations, Ayomi has established a proven track record at the Development Finance Banking Corporation of Ceylon (DFCC) in Colombo, Sri Lanka, as well as at Legacy Health LLC (USD-based).

Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations across all HR functions.
