Ayomi is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resource Management. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management, specializing in Organizational Psychology, from UCAM University in Spain.
In addition, she has completed her Professional Qualifications in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka.
With her five years of expertise in Banking, Human Resource Management & operations, Ayomi has built a proven track record at the Development Finance Banking Corporation of Ceylon (DFCC) in Colombo, Sri Lanka and also Legacy Health LLC (USD Based).
Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Ayomi’s experience spans a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, attendance & absence management, policy implementation, payroll administration and handling expatriate system dealing with government authorities in Maldives.
